At DentalCare Carnegie, we work closely with referring dentists to provide high-quality endodontic treatment while ensuring continuity of care. Our goal is simple: preserve your patient's natural tooth wherever possible and return them to your practice for their ongoing restorative treatment and maintenance.
Whether you're referring a straightforward root canal treatment or a complex endodontic case, you can be confident your patient is in experienced hands.
Meet Dr Ankit Patel
Dr Ankit Patel is a dentist with a special interest in Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry, with more than seven years of clinical experience.
He completed both his Bachelor and Master of Dental Surgery in India, graduating top of his class in Endodontics. His clinical experience includes:
- Primary root canal treatments
- Root canal retreatments
- Complex endodontic cases
- Microscope-assisted endodontic procedures
- Management of difficult and previously treated cases
Dr Ankit is passionate about preserving natural teeth wherever possible and delivering predictable, evidence-based treatment outcomes.
Our Referral Philosophy
We value the relationship you have with your patients.
Following completion of treatment, your patient will be referred back to your practice for any ongoing restorative treatment, review and long-term maintenance.
Our role is to provide specialist-level endodontic care while supporting you throughout the treatment process.
Seamless Referral Process
Once we receive your referral:
1. Our Partnerships Coordinator will personally contact your patient to arrange their appointment.
2. Any questions regarding treatment, fees or the appointment will be answered before their visit.
3. Dr Ankit will complete the required endodontic treatment using advanced equipment and microscope-assisted techniques where appropriate.
4. Following treatment, you'll receive a comprehensive clinical report including:
- Treatment summary
- Relevant radiographs
- Clinical photographs
- Procedural videos (where available)
5. Your patient will then be returned to your practice for ongoing care.
Our aim is to make the referral process as seamless as possible for both clinicians and patients.
